We named our company Mayak when we first have done some outsourcing work for Russia. We liked what it meant.  Mayak in Russian means “Light House”. We try to show the way to many since 2001. We have been the address for many research projects since then. Mayak; continues its work under the leadership of Taner Gonc – Owner & CEO. Taner Gonc combines his 20+ years of personal research experience for Mayak’s clients. Mayak, uses every aspect, rule and principle outlined by ESOMAR (European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research) and ICC (International Chamber of Commerce).

We believe that research  must be conducted with utmost discretion, honesty, neutral and specifically without harming the test subjects. We also believe that any information gathered from the test subjects must remain confidential and must not be used outside its purpose without their consent.

Mayak only delivers the results to the owner of the research and keeps the database at the utmost confidentiality level. Mayak is a member of the Turkish Association of Marketing and Opinion Researchers.
